In November 2019, we began construction on a new building, the Aeronautical Center of Technology. This building will be the home for the A.C.T. Board's education mission for the future. With hands-on learning areas, STEM pilot training stations, classrooms, and even a hangar space where students will build an airplane, the Aviation Center of Technology will provide the foundation for a career in aviation.

We are also proud to be close in partnership with the Tuskegee Airmen. This national organization continues the legacy and perseverance of the first all-black squadron in World War Two by inspiring and encouraging young people of color to pursue aviation careers.

Future prospective partners also include local organizations that serve young women and minority students, both of which are under-represented in the aviation field.

Our Mission

Our objective is to provide students with the vital knowledge and skills that will lead them to success in the aviation industry. We are specifically seeking students of underserved populations and students who currently do not have an aerospace curriculum in their school.
